I was just watching a show on TV and saw heard this quote from Winston Churchill and thought how good it was really…........if you are there, there is nowhere else to go except to get out….......the old story….....you never know where the bottom is, until you get there…......it’s not a great place…........spent some time there and I know that you can survive it….......don’t stay there….....look for a way out…......just find one thing that you can believe in…..........grab it…....cling to it…........use it….....

....unfortunately…tragically…not all can see the light at the end of the tunnel…and once at the bottom…can see nothing to pull themselves out with….

this is true Care…....the thing I find is, that people who haven’t been there, sometimes don’t appreciate or really understand how desperate people can get…....and sometimes people can’t find a reason to hold on….......I do understand that….........i don’t judge people who haven’t been able to get thru …........it is a tragedy….........

Well spoken Damo! I totally agree, there is always good – and often the bad trys to cloud it so you might have to do a bit of searching, but it will come to you if you look for it! and when it does stick to it like shit to a blanket, and it will grow and and get you out =)
