This image is of my niece (bride) and her young daughter (flower girl) setting off for the church. The flower girl was not impressed at being bundled into the strange car and leaving other members of the family behind. This image was one of 111 selected for exhibition in San Diego in the USA at the 2010 Art of Photography Show from 13692 entries received from 67 countries. It didn’t feature amongst the awards, but it was great to have it hanging there alongside so many other works by other artists. And the gala reception was a lot of fun too.
