Brian Kerr

I am Brian Kerr, living in Carlisle, but originally from the scottish town of Dumfries, in the south west of Scotland. Living where i do enables me to travel all over Cumbria, Northumberland and the whole of Scotland with my photography.
I originally found photography when i discovered my other passion, prehistoric rock carvings, known more simply as rock art. Carved stones and rocks that were made by man between 3 & 5000 years ago. The carvings are mainly found in the North of England, all over Scotland as well as Ireland and parts of Wales. You will be able to see some examples of the carvings within my photographs. Since finding photography i found my love of the landscapes we have within the uk, and there can be no better landscapes than in Scotland and the Cumbrian Lake District.
