She loves to draw, but she also loves cats, her blonde husband Frank, coffee, autumn, wearing sweaters, balancing things, handsome and charming faces, sentimental objects, new and exciting stories, old and wise traditions, patterns, intuition, and rhythm. She lives and works in Chicago, chipper button maker by day, spirited art kid by night. Her drawings, paintings, and photos alike, all act as her own personal diary, often melancholy, surreal and seemingly symbolic, but also, humorous and melodramatic.
