Such brilliant color contrasting with the dryness of the pencil pine..I’m heading to Mt. Field and Cradle especially to see this in April…can’t wait.
You have so many brilliant shots from Wild places in Tass…awesome work.

Thanks, I will be heading back up around cradle for the fagus soon too, around Crater Lake is good, as well as Twisted Tarns near Hansons Peak on the left hand of Dove Lake looking at Cradle. Who knows, might bump into you up there?

I reckon there’s a good chance…I’ll be up there late April…I was going to try to make it all the way to twisted tarn for dawn…not sure if this is dooable…how bout Artist’s Pool…this looks like a great little spot as well…Very keen for this trip…been on my wish list for the longest time.
