Whilst visiting friends in Clun, Shropshire, I took the opportunity one afternoon to explore the small rural town, with its picturesque shops and cottages. This shot was taken at the main junction in the town. These cottages are quiet old but well maintained. the colourful frontages give them and the town as a whole loads of character. I chose my positioning quite carefully so as to avoid to many distracting signs and of course the busy traffic. Please view large to really enjoy the rural atmosphere. This is an HDR processed for a single RAW image, and using Photomatix Pro 4 for Mac.
