This lovely cottage is one I found down one of the back streets of the picturesque village of Painswick, Gloucestershire, in England. I was told by our friends that there is a beautiful cottage down that road that is so beautiful during the late summer and early autumn season, always full of lovely looking apples. I managed to find it and I am so pleased I did. I think it is a little gem of a cottage. Small, quaint, and very warm feeling, although I bet it is difficult when the path is iced over. Please view large and enjoy this beautiful village scene. I don’t know anything about the cottage except that like so many others on this side of the village, it is very old. Probably 200+ years old.
