Siberia is so beautiful…for about a week each year!! Figured I better get a shot of the Siberian Irises before their flowers become fruits under the watchful compound eyes of the bees.

I have a crazy question for you just to see if you are reading my rants and raves…LOL “Is Father’s Day celebrated on the third Sunday in June throughout the entire world?”

Gorgeous! Wonderful capture. By far, the third Sunday in June is the most common day to celebrate fathers. However, it is not the same date throughout the world. I read!

  • Thank you for the fave and info, MG.

Okay ~ I’ll take Siberia. What a glorious shot, Pelkey. As for Father’s Day, it depends on how extensive your World is….

  • Funny how inflation make one’s world shrink…:) Thanks, Shiela.

Don’t know the answer to your question about Father’s Day, but do know I love this shot. I have been trying to get a similar one for several days now. So far, I have not equaled this beauty.

  • Thank you, Dave. I used a flash so I could crank up the speed.
