So this is Phil. Finally a name to the face. He’s always hanging out at Princes Park singing (quite oddly I thought at first), followed by exercise which is meant to help his breathe control and circulation. He likes being a nomad (when most people would consider him ‘homeless’.) Life’s easier this way. One thing Phil can’t stand is “those people who are born into money… I do have a lot of respect for the every day working man.. It’s just not for me.”
