This is one of the first shots I took when I got my 5D. The building on the left really caught my eye as I was walking so as a photographer does on a busy sidewalk. I pulled the camera, aimed straight up at the sky and using Automatic Exposure Bracketing, fired 3 shots off.

Shot: Canon 5D + Canon 28mm f/1.8 @ 1/640 (-2), 1/40 (+2), f/18, ISO 100.

Post-Processing: I used the +2 and -2 shots and manually blended them in Adobe Photoshop. Suprisingly there wasn’t much cloning to do despite the fact that I shot it hand held. The sun did provide a bit of a challenge but I got it all worked out. I also used a few curves and levels layer masks to adjust the image before sharpening.
