This image is dedicated to girl who bought trekking poles like a birthday gift to me. I lost one pole in avalanche on 07-Mar-2010, Visocica mountain, (Vito peak), Bosnia and Herzegovina. All mountaineers (7) survived avalanche but close to all of us lost something in snow. Fortunately nobody of us didn’t lose life there. Maybe mountain demanded part of my birthday gift to give a life to me as a gift. :-)

Meliha Bisic made very interesting art based on this image – feel free to visit Meliha’s My Mountain

I didnt record but borrowed this original Hranisava video from YouTube member “alaga33” just to present this wonderful mountain.

Amazing shot…love the entire composition of this…the DOF is perfect and I love the “human” touch of adding in your poles. Exceptional shot!

Nedim, what a vista to just take in! ….just sitting here on my pillows and looking…..and looking…… It is about “being fully alive” at such moments with nature. You have such a tremendous skill in bringing us all to the verge with you to appreciate such moments through your eyes.Bravo dear friend and thank-you!
