Servitude

Shall we bend up, awake?
The sea bows down to greet us,
The sun to the west.

We gather coal from the
Seaweed, beg it from the colored
Fish. They are gracious to the

Two-legged. Cranberry houses
Dot sunflower blue sea, where
Rolling mountains blink upon

Pink land. We shall watch
The moon tonight, wait for it
To eat us. Watch it bathe in our eyes.
