This photo was taken at Bandhavgarh, India. AM drives we had to get up on the back of an elephant, which was a waste of time, and since my spinal fusion operation to took 2 men to position me for the high jump up. It, in my book, was a waste of time and money because all of my photos of Bengal Tigers were taken from a jeep. This was a full body shot that I cropped to a bust of the tiger drinking water. Camera: Nikon D200, Speed 400, length 180mm, f/4.8 – taken 5-5-07. I sure hope you enjoy this photo. All comments are welcome. My next upload I’ll jump back to Africa with 2 Leopard cubs playing in a tall tree. Take care, Bonnie
Hi, May I call you Nik? Or what is your real name? Thank you very much for your terrific review of Hot and Thristy. You made my day from blah to very pleased. Take care, Bonnie
Living in Africa I know just how difficult in can be to be able to capture wild animals in the right place, at the right time and in the right light, but you have done it here. Great shot.

Wow! This is an absolutely stunning shot. Awesome capture. I love the colors and the way the tiger’s reflection is so clear in the water.
