this is looking directly across Coles Bay to Mount Amos, which along with Mount Dove and Mount Baudin form The Hazards mountain range ………0630hrs, 30mins after official sunrise, and, on the way to work,
and, not (really) enough time to stop along the 40min drive and shoot the nor-easterly sea mist rolling over the land and into the courland bay, butlers gorge, greenlawn, freshwater lagoon valleys – you could not a see a thing for about 5kms – next time I’ll leave heaps earlier – what a stunning place is the eastcoast of tasmania – I could not believe my eyes this a.m…..at one point there were at least 20-30 rays of sunrise light filtering through a gum tree, and I doubled checked to see it was real – before I kept going, knowing, there is always tomorrow – and if not – the next life – I couldn’t be late for work……
