Bronze sculpture of a young couple waiting for a train to take the man off to World War 2. Located in the historic Union Station, Omaha, Nebraska (now a museum). Placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1971
Another nice shot! I like the positioning of the couple off to the left of center. Also this building rocks you could shoot up a whole memory card just in the main hall.
Thank you. I know what you mean about the building-inside and out. Thursday morning is a great time to shot down there. I felt like it was just me and the staff. Just as I was leaving the school buses pulled up. You have to love the advantage of takeing a “personal day” from work!
