One of my many reflection shots at Watson Lake. When I took this one I was laying down on my side with the camera placed flat on the rock and I remember lining up the shot based on the center part sticking out and looking like an alien head with reflection completing it. Later, on the monitor, the shot displayed correctly in landscape orientation and looked nice, but I thought something didn’t feel right about it. When I rotated it to portrait orientation the little face popped out at me and I remembered I had been laying on my side when I took it. Since water does not typically stay still when turned 90 degrees, I’ll just call it abstract.

So glad that you added the description as I thought it might be a macro of an insect head with some manipulation. Far more interesting your way!

Very interesting shot. I like that I had to read the description to identify the subject.
