Once again I’m assigning human emotions to inanimate objects in an attempt to draw you in. I don’t actually know if this particular rock was angry and it was wrong of me to project that somewhat negative emotion onto him. Of course now I’ve gone and automatically assigned a gender to this rock that was nothing but good to me. And of course by using the anger projection and then assigning a male gender to the rock, I’m doing the male gender no favors. Okay, now this rock is pissing me off with it’s indecisive nature. Of course now you’re assuming that I’m male because I went and got angry. Man, I just can’t win with this rock!

    it looks like a dragon

  • A Male Dragon or a Female Dragon, because that would explain a lot.

Male or female, I can relate. I kinda feel that way myself right now… I wonder if he’d be interested in being my drinking buddy!

Great image! I keep expecting him to speak.

  • Don’t even get him started. Its all, “Man I’m sick of this view”, and , " Is that a bird on my head, I feel a bird, can you see a bird up there?", and “Hey how about this weather? Is it hot enough for you? Well, at least it’s a dry heat”. Okay, that last one was pretty much every person that lives in Arizona, but you get the point. Thanks for looking Donna, Bob

Amazing composition and textures. And yes – you did win with this rock – the emotion is beautifully conveyed (I would say it’s a “she” – LOL – with sincere apologies to the female gender)!!!

    Great shot.

Fantastic work! Everything is just brilliant :)
I think it looks like a lizard’s head pointing to (it’s) down left
Really like this, the toning is really good and adds so much depth to the image.
    Very well done :)

Hey, I have to say, I think your insight is true…it really DOES look angry and DOES look male so…hey, it’s a perfect shot! Seriously, love this picture!
