Sometimes when my Son misbehaves and can not seem to settle down, I like to put him on a rock surrounded by water. He can’t go anywhere as he hasn’t focused long enough for any given time span to learn how to swim. This is nice for me, after I get him on the rock I run home and do a load of laundry, run to the grocery store and shop for the week, read a book, all the things that just don’t happen when accompanied by a high energy child. Then I go pick up a Son who is very happy to see Daddy and promises to settle down. It’s a win/win really.

LOL I laughed until I cried reading your description. Maybe they need to put you out on that rock. You sound more mischievious that the boy. LOL It does look like a beautiful place tho. Well captured.

I’ve read quite a few of your little stories accompanying the photos. Really, really funny. You’re a very humorous, droll writer. Thanks for the laughs (and excellent photos).
