Oddly, this is the sign for Hooligans Pub on Whiskey Row in down town Prescott Arizona USA. Does anybody know the difference between a Pub, a Bar, or a Saloon. We’ve got all 3 on Whiskey Row and I don’t want to commit a faux paus when I go to one, although I’m pretty sure I just did by saying faux paus.

Well, not that I really know, but a Bar is the one with a footrest at the main counter also known as a bar (Ask the lawyers about being accepted at the bar and so) A saloon would have a piano I guess and… this is where I get lost.
