Fresh Anemones... by Bob Daalder

Last Saturday, I happened to look in at the flower shop and saw these beautiful anemones. A few years ago I would not even look inside a flower shop… Even now I buy flowers for myself on an almost regular base … because I just love them.

Bob is especially interested in ‘the soul’ of the things without one, the expressiveness of the lifeless, the essence of material….. macro photography, ‘things’ in particular.
‘Things’ don’t have the tendency to walk away, to fly, to move, to have a meaning, are always present and do not complex, have patience, don’t nag etc. etc….. As Bob wrote in his profile… “I like it simple!”…

    Good for you!! I love them too!! Something about having them around just gives off a freshness and happiness! I grow sunflowers every summer too…they are amazing and they make me smile!! Beautiful shot:)

    Gorgeous capture, lovely colours and so sharp details. I know what you mean about looking at flowers differently now. I do the same even with flies!!!! The macro world gets you to see differently. Love it.
