Selling a framed print is always a “biggie” for me! As the RB email said, “someone showed their appreciation with their wallet”! So, a huge thanks from me to the person who purchased “Warm Coat”.
This comes a day after getting a bubblemail, letting me know that this image has been stolen and is being used widely on a variety of sites without my permission. So, even more appreciated!

Well deserved sale..

Great image, glad to hear you sold a print, but sad to hear theives have it too. If you’re not already aware of it, there’s a Copyright Protection group here, maybe there is info there that could help you get the stolen image taken off whoever’s site that’s using it.

Congratulations on the sale, this is one very beautiful image and I love your attitude about this same image being “stolen”, it’s such a great picture, these thieves don’t realise that they are actually advertising your amazing art. Well done, again :o)x

Same kind of bad news has happened to me in the past.. have you seen where your work is being used? If so, all I did was send an email telling them if the work was not taken down or paid for, my lawyer would be in touch with them next. So far, every time it’s happened that’s worked. Congrats on the sale and I hope the other half never happens again.. it will, but we can hope. Think of it this way – I had a piece stolen right off the wall at a show.. you know what a fellow artist told me? YOU’VE ARRIVED!!! Hell of a way to arrive…
