Five months ago we adopted little Mitch, who is now seven months old. He and our older cat Mao (aged two) just did not get on at all. Mao had been attacked once by a cat resembling Mitch and associated Mitch with the vicious cat. We’ve been told it could take over a year for them to become friends, but apart from silly little fights over nothing at all, they do have their moments of togetherness and here is a photo I took today (5th January 2009) which shows them being two gentlemen of leisure together :)
