Again really nice work. I especially like how the sky is done. Maybe you should try your hand at some of this again? =D
Actually, I did, Ine …. I went on to do loads of scenic pen and inks and sold prints of them. I only did a few coloured-in ones though. If you look at the date of this picture you will see I did it about the same time you were born … that fact makes me feel almost geriatric :))
Many thanks, sorry it has taken this long, but the server went down and only just come back on, by the way this is fab, and I do still like your new stuff too, both are good, just wanted to be nosey LOL
Straight buildings! Have you been at the cooking sherry again Dave? Actually I reckon you should do more of these ‘straight’ landscapes, they are very attractive.
I did this 23 years ago, long before I thought of bendy buildings. I might do some more one day … you know me … I can’t bear to be tied down to one style all the time.
Dave why not do this on some copper or scratchboard(or wood) then apply paint and make original prints; you already have done the excellent detail and time………great work.

excellent linear quality, shows kind of a wind swept landscape
Love this Dave, brilliant piece. Reminds me of the artists back in the 1800’s, fabulous detail & great colors, love your line work
