There’s something beautiful about a framed image hanging serenely on a wall. We’re extremely proud of our sustainably sourced frames and believe there’s really no better way to enhance a stunning photograph. We’re pleased as punch to say they’ve adorned galleries and homes from London to Los Angeles.
Art comes in many shapes and sizes, and our framed prints are built to fit each of them. The final dimensions will depend on the image you choose, but to give you an idea here are the most common photographic sizes:
THIS IS NOT A NEW DRAWING
FEATURED BY THE CREATIVE, TALENTED AND UNKNOWN GROUP – 28th April 2011
Here is a coloured pencil drawing I did fifteen years ago. I feel it fits in well with my current work, so I am uploading it.
coloured pencils, colour, color, pencils, dave edwards, blythart
I am a retired man who enjoys expressing himself in pencils and paints. I have had two solo exhibitions in my home town and I love Redbubble. I get as much pleasure from viewing the works of other artists as from creating my own.
WOWEE – that is the fastest I have ever been Featured. I only uploaded this about fifteen minutes ago. You have made my day …. thanks ever so!!!! :)
Nice work Dave, congrats on the Feature …
Thanks Tom … read my reply to jainiemac above :)
:))) As soon as I went to the work this caught my eye Dave it’s beautiful !
You are so kind. I enjoyed doing this one and it brings back memories as I look at it. It sort of proves that I was doing striped patterns even fifteen years ago :)
Congratulations on the well deserved feature!!! Did the paper you were using have a embossed featurethe background looks like it….. just wondering.. This is a wonderful drawing… love the colors… it’s magnificent!!
Thanks Barb. If I remember rightly, the background was done using the frottage technique. I was blown away by that Feature happening five minutes after I uploaded the picture. That makes 37 Features this month – my all-time record in four years.
It suddenly came back to my how I did the background … using the frottage rubbing technique I laid the picture on a plastic cutting board from our kitchen, as it had a nice pattern on it.
Well done. These plant pictures are quite nice and I really love the way that you put them together.
Thanks, I rather wish there’d been a Redbubble back in 1996 :)
Excellent work, congrats on the well deserved feature :-)))R
Many thanks Ray. My supply of old drawings and paintings is slowly running out, so I will have to increase my production of new work … hey ho, hey ho, it’s off to work I go …..
Great stuff mate !looks very organic !
Thanks George :)
