Blurt (my 3 year old daughter) and I did some messing around with colours dropped in milk.
A photo was taken quite early on before we dabbled it about too much and then we found a bit of distortion we liked to compliment the milky texture.
The colours mix up a bit more later and you can see some later effects in another picture taken a few minutes later called “Milk Rainbows Eighteen Fifty”
We had some fun collaborating this evening, my Blurt and I.
don’t tell anyone but I am really pleased with this one myself and thought it was rather smooth and lovely. I need to work on pictures with Blurt a bit more often we really enjoyed ourselves.
Congratulations to you and Blurt at having your collaboration featured! It’s exquisit, and as I read about it, I realized why I’d never seen anything like it before. This is absolutely fantastic!
It was an idea that sprang from some science thing I heard on the radio when I was at work – I couldn’t wait to get home to Blurt and let her drop colours in Milk and use the pictures as a base. I’d like to do more with Milk it seems to be nice to work with – although custard could be fun too! :-)
Thank you – I have popped you on my watchlist and I will be back to admire further your gallery — it does look stunning – but for now I am dashing out for a picnic – with Blurt and her toys — a FULL family day out – dog and cuddly toys! Thanks again.
