Sitting off Highway 22 just north of Boyle, Alberta, Canada this old house is falling down. I have searched extensively but can find no history for this gorgeous old icon. But I did find directions for building a homesteaders cabin and this beauty had been added to and polished up on the inside but the outside followed the instructions almost to a tee. At some point in time they added a second story.

They had a snug home after this and could add wood floors or whatever their hearts desired to make it their special place. Straight from the camera. Taken with my Rebel XSI
