Unfortunately I do not know the name of this beautiful magenta blossom photographed on a sunny day in early June in the Rose Rope Walk Garden, where roses, clematis and other climbing plants were wound around ropes and intertwined, so that they grew together to form a glorious mixed array of colours in summer. Burgundy Iceberg has been suggested by fellow artist, EdsMum. However, the yellow pistal and stamens seem to rule this out.
Location:- the grounds of the Royal Horticultural Society at Hyde Hall near Rettendon, Essex, England, UK. Presented in a virtual reflection frame for greeting cards and photographic prints, the unframed version is available on request for wall art.
