My life is divided between teaching Music and Photography. The instruments I play are organ, piano, clarinet and saxophone. I taught German and Spanish before my retirement, but since I got my digital camera no longer have time for them!

Super instrument, I used to play clarinet and sax!

  • Thank you, Pam. What made you give them up? Pressure of time or did you just lose interest?

Children and a full time antique business! I also play piano, organ, guitar, flute, and violin! Once I went into the antique business I specialized in vintage instruments and sheet music for a while to wean myself away from playing as I once enjoyed…five small children did not allow the time at that point in my life…today I just sing!

Great instrument, beautiful when played well, thanks for sharing!!

  • Thank you, Lorraine. It is not a particularly difficult instrument to play like the flute or the violin, so, a good teacher and regular practice pretty much guarantee a good tone and accurate tuning.

lol, thats so funny, I play the flute and think a clarry is impossible to play!! That must be why I appreciate it when its played well.

  • Thank you so much for featuring my clarinet picture, Pop’s. I am thrilled and delighted! Too late, unfortunately, to play a tune to celebrate. The neighbours would not appreciate it!
