The first verse of the hymn, “Earth With Her Ten Thousand Flowers”, set in a mirrored frame against a background of white and yellow flowers growing in the grounds of the Preston, England Temple. The words were composed by Thomas R. Taylor (1807 – 1835), and the music by Thomas C. Criggs (1845 – 1903). The location of the picture is the beginning of the avenue leading to the Temple, which is situated on the outskirts of Chorley, Lancashire, UK. The picture was taken in August 2010.
