While on a bushwalk in the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park, I noticed these large cumulus clouds rising up over the cliffs. After a few hours the storm rolled in and it started pouring with rain. And yes, I got wet.
Cumulus clouds are a type of cloud with noticeable vertical development and clearly defined edges. They are often described as “puffy” or “cotton-like” in appearance.
