This rainforest waterfall is located in the lower section of the Leura Cascades.
Rocks covered with moss and lichen lay on either side. To the left, historic steps can be seen carved into the sandstone rock.
The Leura Cascades is a series of waterfalls in the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.

I live in Australia and enjoy bushwalking in the great outdoors, especially the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.
My photographic interests are pretty much related to Australian landscapes, rustic Australia, historic Australia, Australian wildlife, flora, fauna, birds, etc. Guess I love the country I was born and live in.

This is spectacular Michael! I’m a fan!! I’ve only been there a few timesand am going back again next week for a fitness walk with work, Looks like you climbed over the fence to get your shot so dead centre?? If so glad you didnt slip… lol that’s my biggest fear and hopefully next week i’ll stay upright ~ lol.
There are so many great sights there. This was a bit of a walk off the track, lower down. Thanks for the fave – hope you get some good photos!
