Two black swans glide past the remains of an old wooden jetty at Wallagoot Lake.
Wallagoot Lake is a wide relatively shallow lake that is listed as a nationally significant wetland. The lake encompasses a range of important estuarine habitats including saltmarsh and seagrass beds. Wallagoot Lake is an ICOL (intermittently closing and opening lagoon).
The lake is part of Bournda National Park near Tathra, NSW, Australia.
So serene… The swans, the stillness of the water, the blues and cloud covering paint this image with calm, inviting one to sit and embrace the peace within.
Very evocative, Michael… and anyone who knows me knows I’d love that – and those birds! :D xxx
lol – some might think it is a bit boring, so thanks for seeing so much more than that Donna.

A very tranquil image Mike. I like the angle of the piers reaching into the lake.
Thank you Michael

;) Isn’t that what one does with art…? Uses senses to go beyond what the eye can see? I like to feel the spirit of things… Tis what I do best. :)
Have a great weekend, Michael… xxx
Its a nice scene mate.
