This interesting beetle was captured nibbling on a yellow drumstick. The insect is a native cockroach (Ellipsidion sp.).
The yellow spring-flowering Broad-leaved Drumstick (Isopogon anemonifolius) is a shrub that is endemic to eastern New South Wales, Australia.
Captured in the Royal National Park, Sydney, NSW. Australia.
