I live in Australia and enjoy bushwalking in the great outdoors, especially the world heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park.

My photographic interests are pretty much related to Australian landscapes, rustic Australia, historic Australia, Australian wildlife, flora, fauna, birds, etc. Guess I love the country I was born and live in.

    Well caught Michael!
The shape of those clouds looks almost like the beginning of a “twister”!
I know they are more commonly a U.S.A. phenomenon, but there was one in Australia this week!

  • wow..ok. Well it was quite a sight. Glad I didn’t get caught in the middle of it!

cumulonimbus!! Now THERE’S a word that takes me back to my school days, along with Cirrus and Stratus. lolol!
I know this region! I’ve shot it myself at low tide from the road above, only the wind made it a messy result for me. Great stuff Michael! :-))

  • lol…yes I remember learning all those at school…and then later teaching at school to my students! It is a beautiful area.
