The Masked Lapwing (Vanellus miles), previously known as the Masked Plover and often called the Spur-winged Plover, is a large and conspicuous bird native to Australia.

This pair was found perched on a rock in the Georges River at Oatley Point, NSW, Australia.

    bit of a tiff ,not talking to each other hey? Mad birds they lay their eggs on a park near me and the council mower has to mow around them.
