Historic Glasshouse, Adelaide by Michael John
The Palm (or tropical) house is an exquisite Victorian glasshouse located in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens.
It was imported from Bremen, Germany in 1875 , opened in 1877 and restored in 1995. It is thought to be the only one of its kind extant in the world.
