Watch for the Little Penguins
On Phillip Island in Australia there are penguins called “Little Penguins”. Each night there is a “Penguin Parade” where these little guys come in from the ocean after a day of searching for food and walk up the beach to sleep in their burrows for the night until they begin their journey all over again. Some of their burrows are so far up from the beach that they have to cross the parking lot to get to them (thus the reason for the sign). It is a magnificent sight to behold to watch these wonderous animals make this journey and one I will never forget.
