Everyone fights in a chaotic pool of pain and blood for this powerful word, written on the blade of a knife in the very ink that causes such a desire and reason. They fight the world, they fight themselves, they fight everyone and anyone who stands in their way. All have their own reasons, their different books with different pages where they want to capture this word and transcribe it into their final pages to finish their story, but damn the others if they get the way.
It seems to only be possible by the spilling of blood, taken with the sharp of a knife. Be it through the heart of an enemy, in the back or a friend, or used as a pencil, connecting the dots down ones own wrist.
It is impossible, more lost it may seem, never to be found. it is falling down in an eternal drop, just out of reach forever and ever, we can get within a hands length to reaching it, but suddenly you feel yourself pulled away, as it picks up speed, and once again you are reminded of how much you need this.
It is ironic, a paradox if not. You must fight, and by such an act anarchy is the inevitable product.

Hm. I’m sad to lose the other one.
There is something almost Sistine about this – your hand gesture, the textures.
well spotted, a friend mentioned a Michelangelo vibe so i went into that direction.
I just didn’t like the last one, was missing something and i couldnt work it out. so i did this, not quite what I wanted to fill it with, but this works quite well.

Oooh I am liking this one!!
definitely got a Michelangelo feel about it, yes. Hmmm, I liked the other one, too :-) but this is great, perhaps even stronger.
ha, dang… maybe i made a mistake… i’ll put it back up in that case, maybe… I’m still much happier with this though.

This is powerful on so many levels. I like the Renaissance atmosphere delivered here. Whether that is the hand of the same person, or another is something I find very interesting. You have a real art in delivering a message as hard yet sublime, if that makes sense. I like where you took us with this.
I love how you really look at my works, and think about them.
Yes I agree with the hand of ones own or hand of another, Its however the observer most relates…
You’re the best Andrew, thanks.

Dang, how did you get so good so quickly Dan? I’m hoping this isn’t your blood…..and as long as it isn’t, I think its a fantastic image. Love the writing too, its very profound. Keep it up! x
Don’t know, Didn’t realise I was any good, so how do I answer?
I was considering using my own blood, but it would be hard to stand after a while knowing how much i used for this… but the fake blood i made was so perfect.

You know me too well, love his darkness, he has some incredible, deep, emotional pieces. Thanks for sharing.
Ha, its funny you say my work is getting darker since after this i do the enjoyable Coffee one, very dark and darker (i guess the coffee is).
