Emperor Dragonfly, Anax imperator, emerging from the larval exoskeleton. I found out they do it around 11-12 in the night, after figuring that the rest was easy.

    You are so totally a magician. Do you photograph you stuff in the wild with a portable background and flash, or did you actually bring the lareva into your studio? Your work is amazing and I am continually in awe.
