This is painted with acrylic with an oil appearance. It is another demo from Annette Kowalski. I am learning some very different techniques. Besides changing the medium I also made minor changes to the painting to make it my own.

Hi, i just love this finish. How did you make it look like an oil painting. I use acrylics and find it difficult to create the rishness that oils have. What is strathmore?This piece is truley magical. I love it.Angela
Thank you Angela..to achieve the oil painting appearance you must use a small stroke method and plenty of variety in colour. Strathmore is a paper such as watercolour paper.
