there was this bloke and he bought a pair of shoes , well they were the best shoes he ever had , he paid a lot for these shoes and they treated him wellthey were stylish good fitting , they guided his step and kept him warm . after many years of wearing these shoes for some strange reason the started to pinch , little stones would get in and irratate him. well one day they no longer could support him , a whole wore in the shoe and water got in . he tried to patch the whole but still the water seeped through .This caused blisters and sores and even though he loved these shoes he just knew he had to get rid of them . he tried many new shoes but just couldnt get a pair that felt the same , for a while he even went bare foot. he knows he will never replace the pair he had , but as he gets older is thinking maybe those shoes should be forgoten , and he just needs slippers , some thing nice and cosy to keephim warm
