Utah Lake State Park - Early Morning Reflection and Silhoetteby Blayden Thompson

This is Utah Lake State Park early in the morning.
I had been shooting this location for days ( it’s just down the street from my home) and was waiting for all the right conditions to come together. It seems that patience is a photographers best friend.

Beautiful work. Congratulations on your feature. Hmmm…just down the street? Now I’m wondering – My sister lives just down the street from the lake too!
It is nice to have it so close. It is about 3/4 of a mile down center street to get to the river and the state park. I shoot there a lot. Most of my sunset pictures are from Utah State Park.

Wow, this is just a magic image!
I love the reflections of the lights. The water looks so still, almost like glass.
Beautiful deep blues and silhouettes here Blayden.
