Sit Down, Stay A While by

I wish I could say I set this chair up, but it just happened to be that way. It made for a great picture. I don’t know where this chair came from or who was sitting there but it was very ominous. Being that this was in an abandoned hangar, my mind was racing with curiosity, my first thought…. Someone was interrogated here!

    great shadows and light

  • Thank you Mojca, I had to really tone down the typical HDR look, it tends to bring everything out. Many times that is great but for this particular scene I wanted the ominous look that was present at the time, but the detail that an HDR would yield.

    Love it, instant fave :)

  • Thanks Lori. One of those can I make this one work moments, where you almost don’t take the picture but you do because you can, simply because film costs nothing in the digital world only the time it takes to snap the shot. Glad I wasn’t shooting film or I may have walked right past this one.

Fantastic composition, but reading your story, all I can think about is the movie Quarantine and how fast I can run.

  • Thanks Tula, I don’t remember that one, come to think of it I don’t think I have seen it.
