Your work is very accomplished. The theme of urban decay is thought provoking. The loss of industry, in the space of a few years, has transformed society in the west. High-tech industry has supplanted it to a degree, but there are whole communities that have been left high and dry.
This is true in England, where shipbuilding, fishing and coal mining have all but ceased in my lifetime….....Kudos. Paul.

  • blackoutangel replied

thanks, Paul. my home state of Pennsylvania is much the same way – textile mills, coal mines, and steel mills have all fallen by the wayside and not much has replaced them save for consumerism. it seems like simple logic that, much like our personal budgets, if one is consuming more than one is producing, one will go bankrupt – probably much of the cause of the current economic state we are in.
