Yay, it’s my birthday today, I’m finally 17! Now there’s only 365 days ‘til I’m 18. 8)

Anyway, I got mostly money for my birthday present since I’m saving for the new 5D. I might as well get a job at the FotoVideo store, but I’m not completely sure yet. I also got another tripod which I can use to attach my flashgun to. Up until now I’ve only used “human tripods” for holding the flashguns etc when I do fashion shoots or client shoots, and I thought it might’ve been handy to actually have tripods to do that job for me! I thought that there did exist some sort of ‘flashgun tripods’, like small, light-weight ones, but we didn’t really find it, so I got a Benro tripod instead. Oh, and Kine (www.dwylith.deviantart.com) gave me a money tree!

By the way, I had a really successful fashion shoot in an abandoned factory last Wednesday with my classmate Ingvild. I also had client shoot with Alexander Krag (www.alexanderkrag.blogg.no) which shots turned out quite nice. On Monday I have another commission for a small company. I need to do whatever jobs I can get to save enough money for the 5D mark II! I still got LOTS of money to save though .. D:

Oh, btw, the trip to Barcelona went quite well! I did lots of shopping and got some nice shots which I’ll submit here pretty soon .. I think.
