Near to the village of Hopeman in Moray Scotland. This area is a favourite haunt of Ian Cameron and as luck would have it Ian appeared. He shoots in medium format slide film so looking forward to seeing what he shot that evening. The light was outstanding and just went on and on. I think we left about an hour after sundown and, as Ian pointed out, the sky was still casting shadows even at that time.

Cracker Jim. Good title. The light’s appearing at a more sociable hour now – might start shooting again myself :)
Cheers James. Get out there :)

Nice one Jim, quite ethereal. I’m going to have to get out that way soon. I always end up turning left at Inverness instead of right.
Thanks Lewis. Yes this area tends to get missed. I’ll look out for you :)
