07-03-2010. East beach, Lossiemouth, Moray Scotland.

I arrived on the beach well before dawn and picked my location and set up in expectation of some dawn colour to the sky. Well how many times have we been there? Nothing but heavy broken cloud! Looking to the West I could see beautiful pinks and light blues. The light was there but it sure wasn’t here!

Twenty minutes or so into post dawn and the sun was high enough to start sparkling through another layer of broken cloud and that’s what you see here. It was just beautiful light and I hope that this does it justice. Now if only there were some crepuscular rays …… :)
