Noooo, this is such a fantastic campaign, Thames water replacing a 1000 miles of the old Victorian water system in 3 years. And they are not afraid to close a street in a busy section of the city to do it. Heck, in my daily life we get in trouble for closing a street for a day to repair our 50 year old pipes that are falling apart.
I also selected this as my entry into the City challenge as infrastructure is something people oft forget about. But the buried pipes are the arteries, the life of a city. For London to do major bypass surgery like this must be saluted.

the pipes in my street have just been done,
and did I get a shock when I got in the shower !
