Hi Everyone, my name is John McCracken, I am new here as of a couple of days.
What to say. Well here it goes, I love photography and the “passion” I have for it. Their is no bad picture, just a photo without imagination. I love the creativity that goes with it and the ability to pick your camera up and explore and “FIRE” away. I mainly shoot nature, landscape and wildlife. I have been lucky enough to hike frequently and run into an abundance of Dragon Flies. The colours and wings are amazing on them. I love photographing them.
It is funny with your camera, and the picture you take can be so unexpected of the result you are able to surprise yourself which I have done frequently.
I am proud to be on here and share my work with all the wonderful artist on here. I work hard at my photography, it is worth the sweat, blood, agressiveness, walking endlessly etc.. to get that one shot. “If I can see it, I Can shoot it” is my motto.
Whether it is sunny, wet, foggy, wintery, cloudy, etc. Their is shot to be taken and a story to be told!! I try to tell it everytime I “FIRE” the shutter button!!
