Hi, I’m Geoff
Over the past eight-ish years I’ve used a variety of gear ranging from ancient Roliflexes and plastic Holgas to High-end DSLRs. I try to keep all my options open and experiment with new ideas whenever I can. I believe my passion for photography comes from its unique combination of technical challenges and craft as well as the visual impact of a photograph.
I have an interest in design which I think plays an important role in both how and what I shoot. My most frequent choice of subject matter is architecture and still life with an approach similar to the principles used in design (line, shape, form…). Recently I completed my Bachelor of Arts, Photography at RMIT University (Melbourne, Australia) which has given me the opportunity to increase my skills and push my capabilities in commercial/client based situations. This also gave me the unique opportunity to work with more technically challenging systems and Phantom high-speed cameras with projects ranging from commercial to scientific applications.
